Tekprosis Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Customer satisfaction is our priority for all purchases made on https://tekprosis.com. If you are not satisfied with the products or services you purchased, you can exercise your cancellation and return rights within the framework of legal regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Return Period)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw (return) from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to [email protected] or information must be provided to our customer service via +90 850 255 55 95 within this period.

3. Return Conditions

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be delivered complete and undamaged with its original box, packaging, and standard accessories if any.
  • It is essential that the product has not lost its re-salability feature, has not been used or damaged.
  • Invoice Submission: In order for the return processes to be made, the original/copy of the invoice (or e-archive invoice) sent with the product must be delivered to us.

4. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Valid

In accordance with the legislation, the right of withdrawal/return cannot be used for the following products and services:

  • Products prepared in accordance with the wishes of the Buyer or clearly in line with their personal needs.
  • Products that are perishable or likely to expire.
  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (underwear, cosmetics, etc.).
  • Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e-books, software, digital codes, etc.).

5. Cancellation Procedure (Before Shipping)

Cancellation cannot be made for orders that have been shipped; the return process must be started after the product is received.

6. Refund Process

After the returned product reaches us and is checked and approved by the relevant teams, the product price will be refunded to the bank/credit card you used during purchase within 10 business days at the latest.

Payments Made with Virtual POS: The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your card may vary depending on your bank's internal processes (usually 1-3 business days). Refund of purchases made in installments may be reflected on your card as installments due to bank procedures.
