What is Corporate Maintenance?

Annual maintenance agreements made on a corporate basis are based on the principle of keeping a system, received in working condition, operational by performing periodic preventive maintenance throughout the agreement period.
The aim of maintenance agreements is not to fix malfunctions, but to ensure the system runs non-stop, thereby preventing potential loss of workforce and data.

These are maintenance, repair, and technical support services generally carried out on an annual basis and based on unlimited on-site service. Within the framework of the agreement, the customer can have periodic maintenance performed on all their computers and peripherals, and also have all problems arising during the year resolved with priority by expert personnel in the relevant departments of Tekprosis Computer.

If the customer wishes, services such as operating system support, virus removal support, and personnel outsourcing can be added to the scope of this agreement. For problems that cannot be resolved on-site, defective products are taken to the relevant departments of Tekprosis Computer and a spare device is left in their place. Thanks to the detailed service report given at the end of the year, institutions can plan their device investments.
Our corporate maintenance services are provided for the whole of Istanbul. Service is provided to our customers outside Istanbul with daily trips.
