The financial seal is an electronic stamp that ensures the integrity of e-Invoices and other official documents, guarantees their authenticity and content, and provides confidentiality during electronic transmission and storage. It is shaped like a USB device and serves as a corporate electronic signature.
Who Issues the Financial Seal?
The Financial Seal Certificate Provider (MM ESHS) was established by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Kamu SM to issue electronic certificates for legal entities and institutions.
